When Creating a Pool View in Lease Center Flag is not Saving as Yes (Doc ID 2551296.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a Pool the check box labeled Display in Lease Center is checked. But after saving this field is always displayed with the value of No.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that if the box is checked it would be displayed with the value of Yes when the Pool is saved and created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Investors > Pools > Create (B)
2. Enter any values in all required fields and check the check box labeled Display in Lease Center.
3. Click Apply to create the Pool.
4. Search for the Pool just created and open it.
5. Display in Lease Center is displayed with the value No.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set this field to Yes and as a result these details cannot be seen in the Lease Center.
