Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Patch 29657951:R12.EAM.C was applied to address the error when trying to click the 'Create Work Orders' button.
However, the issue now is that exception occurs when trying to create or update work orders.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Generic error:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Work Orders form in Maintenance Super User responsibility.
2. Search for Work Order.
3. Click on the WO link to open the work order.
4. Click on the “update work order” icon.
5. Work Order Opens.
6. Make any change and click on the save button.
7. Work Order Saves Ok.
8. Click on Apply and receive the above error.
