On : 12.2 version, Supplier Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Adding product and services during supplier registration throws an error even though while trying to add product and services during supplier registration:
     

         The required setup for Product and Services to work is not complete. Please contact your system administrator.
 
error log:

[1827]:ERROR:[fnd.framework.OAException]:Application: POS, Message Name:
POS_SUPPREG_DBERROR.
[1828]:EXCEPTION:[pos.onboard.webui.FlexRegPSRequestRNCO]:FlexRegPSRequestRNCO
.processRequest:: Application: POS, Message Name: POS_SUPPREG_DBERROR.
[1839]:ERROR:[fnd.framework.OAException]:The required setup for Product and
Services to work is not complete. Please contact your system administrator.

 

Doc ID 758230.1 is followed and confirmed that all the setups listed are in place.

Adding product/service to an existing supplier as a buyer administrator without any issue
