Symptoms
On : 12.1.0.1 version, Client
When attempting to install UPK,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

An Error (-5006 : 0x8000ffff) has occurred while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor. See Documentation.
Clicking on Details in the window shows
