Goal

Can we use HR_RATE_VALUES_API.UPDATE_RATE_VALUE?

The definition within the Integrated SOA Gateway states:
o Update rate values (It is working but Oracle does not recommend this API)
o As per Oracle – “This API is now out-of-date however it has been provided to you for backward compatibility support and will be removed in the future.
Oracle recommends you to modify existing calling programs in advance of the support being withdrawn thus avoiding any potential disruption.”
