ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Long description is deleted after up[dating the price from Quotation Form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should retain Long description

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create quotation, using bulk upload (iProcurement Catalog Administrator) with an Excel template. The long description is also populated.
2. Query the quotation in Quotation Form
3. Update the price
4. Query the quotation in iProcurement
5. Checked that Long description is null
