Symptoms
PO Charge Account field is not enterable on PO distributions form for one specific OU. This occurs after upgrading to 12.2.8
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-20001: GET_LOGICAL_INVORG_ID-0:Logical Inventory Org Not Found
APP-PO-14040: Please enter a valid charge account
Cause: Charge account is mandatory and you did not enter one.
Action: Enter a charge account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter new PO
2. Go to Shipments then distributions
3. See that the charge account is greyed out
