Symptoms
When attempting to to end date an assignment (xxx-4)
the following error occurs.
FRM-40735: ON UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XX HRMS Manager
2. People > Enter and Maintain > Query employee > Others > End Employment
3. Enter leaving reasons and leaving dates - Click terminate
