ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running the manages mobile users program it takes many hours/days to complete.    Even when trying to Delete one user

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that the program will run in a few minutes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the manages mobile users program to update/delete users
