Symptoms

If you have  carrier commitment allocation percentage defined for a lane with different percentages for different carriers. During Bulk Plan, shipments are assigned to carriers based on Cost even though one carrier has higher allocation % than other. When using Direct planning, carrier commitment % is not allocating shipment based on percentages defined.
