Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Item Issues

When attempting to create an Item template the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403 : NO DATA FOUND

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Inventory > Setup > Items > Templates
Open the Organization LOV or enter a value manually and receive the error message.
