RFQ Level Import Pay Item Fuctionality Not Supporting Arabic Language (Doc ID 2552749.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pay Item Description in Arabic is not imported correctly.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The users are expecting the correct description to be imported.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create RFQ and add line to RFQ with line description in Arabic
2. Go to Actions LOV and select Import Pay Items
3. Click on Go button
4. Click on Export button
5. Save and Open the file
6. The RFQ Line Description is "??????????"
7. Enter Pay Item Description in Arabic and import into RFQ.
8. See that the Pay Item Description in RFQ is "?" instead of the correct one
