AGIS: Advanced Global Intercompany System

Symptoms

Attempting to enter a zero amount transaction in AGIS (Advanced Global Intercompany System) produces the following error messages on the page: 

ERROR
1. Please enter a value for the Transaction Amount that is other than zero
2. Enter either negative or positive transactions for this batch

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. AGIS Responsibility > Outbount > Create Batch
  2. Enter all the details for it and move to the distribution area
  3. Attempt to create a zero value line
  4. Save and get error on the screen
