Maintenance Workbench Forecast Returns No Records For Some Schedules (Doc ID 2552971.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders are not getting generated for some PM schedules. The issue happens when using both the Maintenance Workbench and Generate Preventive Maintenance Work Orders program.
There are no errors or warning being encountered.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Maintenance Work Bench Forecast returns a forecast


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Use either Maintenance Workbench OR Generate Preventive Maintenance Work Orders program.
3. No work orders are generated for any assets.
