Symptoms

Running the EXC: Transaction Exception reports show uncosted exceptions on multiple transactions.

Warnings              Uncosted Exceptions
Exception Reason :    Cost is not distributed for this transaction
Corrective Action :   Based on the type of transaction please execute the appropriate cost distribution process

Supplier invoices that have been interfaced to Projects as costed have the cost_distribution_flag marked as 'N'.

The EXC: Transaction Exception Details By PA Period or EXC: Transaction Exception Details By GL Period are run in preparation for month end closing.

These are submitted with the following steps:

1. Log into a Projects responsibility
2. Navigate to Other > Requests > Submit
3. Submit EXC: Transaction Exception Details By PA Period
   or EXC: Transaction Exception Details By GL Period
4. Review output for exceptions.
