After 12.1HRMS RUP12 or 12.2 HRMS RUP13 Incorrect Salary if there are Multiple Hourly Elements or if PTO in the Same Run. (Doc ID 2553526.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, AMER Payroll

 Some issues reported regarding incorrect salary  when PTO is included or Hourly element

This issue happened for US and CA legislation.

The issue can be reproduced  will with the following steps:

1) Scenario1

a. employee has two entries of hourly element each is 40 hours
b. run payroll
c. rate is doubled
d. if only one  element entry is exits with 80 hours , then rate is correct and amount is correct
e. also if one  element entry  with any of PTO, sick, then rate is doubled again .


a.Employee has sick hours ( reduce regular Salary is checked )

b.Run Qucikpay

c-full Salary amount is paid under the sick element and salary element has Zero Amount

3)Scenario3 ( following scenario also resolved by this fix )

a. Multiple PTO element entries created
b. Run Payroll and get error: APP-PAY-51119: Error was encountered when processing Element Type [ELEMENT_NAME]. Cannot Reduce Earnings/Hours for this Employee
