Heat Number Is Not Flowing To Batch After Direct Org Transfer

Symptoms
On : 12.2.7 version, Batches
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Customer is using Heat number and have inter organization transfer where out put of a furnace will transfer to different org (intra OU or Inter OU) and use in a batch. The heat number flow is happening across subsequent batches in one org but once transferred to other org and use as ingredient, the same heat number is not flowing to that batch.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The heat number can be stamped with the same heat number to target org from source org after inter-org transfer.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. using heat number in source org
2. inter-org transfer
3. found the issue.
