On : 12.2.6 version, Mobile Picking

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While doing Sales Order Picking on Mobile, it is not possible to pick the allocated quantity if that quantity is less than the transaction quantity in the Transact Move Order form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to pick the allocated quantity if it is less than the transaction quantity via Mobile

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Order Management Super User > Shipping > Sales Order Picking > Pick Release an Order (auto-allocate flag = Y)
2- Inventory > Move Orders Transact Move Orders > (B) View Update Allocation : Reduce the allocated quantity
  (B) Lot/Serial: Update the quantity according to the move order line level
3- From MSCA Mobile > Material Mgmt > Pick/Ship > Pick Confirm > Enter the Delivery number
4- A pop-up screen show up with 3 buttons : Allocate; Next; Cancel
  *Allocate will allocate the missing quantity removed from step 2
  *Next will skip that task and activate the next picking task.
  *Cancel will close the page and return to previous menu.
