Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Supplier Profile Management
When attempting to approve supplier registration at second level,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error: ORA-20001: Failed To Approve The Registration Request " at AME parallel approval process
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Supplier Global Bus Admin
2. Register new supplier
3. Login as first approver, gets approved
4. Login as second approver, the workflow ends up in "Error: ORA-20001: Failed To Approve The Registration Request " at AME parallel approval process
