While creating insurance line Getting Unexpected error(Return status 'U' ) without error message for API okl_ins_quote_pub.save_accept_quote

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Call API okl_ins_quote_pub.save_accept_quote through custom program with asset cost less which leads to a small or $0 premium.
