ORA-1403 When Click Apply On Receipt Form (Doc ID 2554003.1)

Symptoms

When clicking Apply on AR Receipts form, "ORA-01403: no data found" error is displayed and not all receipt application records are shown. This is due to Customer Number field being NULL in receipt application (ar_receivable_applications_all.on_acct_cust_id) for On-Account applications, when the API Ar_receipt_api_pub.Apply_on_account is used to create receipt application.

 Data Act Patches were applied which included patch 28571378
