Symptoms

PRC: Interface Supplier Costs is failing with the following error in the log file.

[28-MAY-2019 19:24:09]: **Starts**
[29-MAY-2019 05:14:25]: **SQL error and free**
[29-MAY-2019 05:14:25]: ORACLE error 28 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-00028: your session has been killed
.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id, R.Request_Id, R.Phase_Code, R.Status_Code, P.A and was executed from t
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in AFPGRG

Cause: AFPGRG failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE.
