ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the shipping purge program is run, records are purged from all relevant shipping tables except from wsh_delivery_assignments. This leaves orphan records in wsh_delivery_assignments, i.e. records reference deliveries and delivery details that no longer exist

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the shipping purge to purge records from wsh_delivery_assignments

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Shipping Purge program
2. Execute the following query:

The fact that this query returns more than zero records demonstrates that records were not removed from wsh_delivery_assignments

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, orphan records remain in wsh_delivery_assignments. This results in wasted disk space, and may be confusing to users when they cannot join a delivery in this table to a delivery in wsh_new_deliveries.
