Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run Payroll Register (Mexico), the following error occurs.

Cause: an oracle error has occurred. The failure was reported on table pay_mag_tape.run_xml_proc at location <LOCATION Number> with the error text ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Responsibility: Mexico HRMS Manager
  2.  Submit Process & Reports > Select Payroll Register (Mexico) > Submit
