OSN Connectivity Failed

Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, HTTP Sending and Receiving
OSN connectivity to the below URL failed.
https://isupplier.somexxxxxx.com:443/webservices/TransportAgentServer
ERROR
-----------------------
OSN is able to connect to the URL. But the certificate of the URL is not present in OSN's trusted certificate bundle.
Please contact OSN team with the screenshot.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OSN > Self-Testing > Connectivity Tests
2. Click Production radio button
3. Connectivity of: OXTA Production URL
URL: https://isupplier.somexxxxx.com:443/webservices/TransportAgentServer
4. Test Results
Test Connectivity Failed!
Reason: OSN is able to connect to the URL. But the certificate of the URL is not present in OSN's trusted certificate bundle
