Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, MICC Transfer to TSC
When attempting to run the "IN: Purchase Orders (850/ORDERS)" program,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
This transaction has seed data pending reconciliation.
Program level EC_DEBUG.FIND_POS: Please check the log file, correct the problem, and try again.
ECE_ERROR_CODE (ERROR_CODE=100)
SQL error message ORA-01403: no data found.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. E-commerce Gateway responsibility
2. Run the "IN: Purchase Orders (850/ORDERS)" program.
