Adautocfg.sh Changes ISG_TEMP_DIRECTORY_LOCATION At $INST_TOP/soa/isgagent.properties

Symptoms
On 12.2.5 version, Installation Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Configured the Integrated SOA Gateway for 12.2, and created the ISG_TEMP
directory according to the instructions in the document.
Each time Autoconfig is run, the ISG_TEMP is overwritten
therefore removing the isgagent.properties file
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the ISG_TEMP location should be retained
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1311068.1)
2. Create a folder called <ISG_TEMP> in Oracle E-Business Suite. This folder should have write permission.
Note: If your Oracle E-Business Suite instance is configured with multiple nodes, the <ISG_TEMP> folder should be created in the shared file system.
All Oracle E-Business Suite nodes should have access to this folder.
3. In the $INST_TOP/soa/ folder, update ISG_TEMP_DIRECTORY_LOCATION property in the isgagent.properties file as follow:
.ISG_TEMP_DIRECTORY_LOCATION=<ISG_TEMP>
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, SIT issue and has occurred twice, that stopped Business user from testing Integrations.
