Goal

Oracle applications was upgraded from 12.2.4 to 12.2.7 over this weekend.
When buyers try to approve the work confirmations that were created before the upgrade they are getting the error as ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'LNOTE' does not exist for item 'WCAPPRV/(9999999)
