Issue With Switching To Offline Mode in Maintenance Mobile App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Problem with switching to offline mode, which was identified via Bug 29356784.
In Maintenance mobile app - disconnected mode, there is a problem with fetching data via EAM_M_WORK_REQUESTS_PIV
Offline mode should work properly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Maintenance mobile app.
2. Disconnected mode does not work.
