ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax Invoice Numbers are not generated for some of the invoices
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should generate the tax invoice number for AR Invoices
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sales Order and process the lines till closure.
2. Generate AR invoice against the Sales Order.
3. Go to Tools > India Tax Details form and notice that Tax Invoice number did not generate.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot file liability to GSTN
