On :12 version, Customers Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Field Job Title doesn't appear In > Account Details > Communication Tab > Contact > Create a Contact for Party type PERSON

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Field Job Title should appear In Customers> Account> Communication> Contact > Create a Contact.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Customer form > Query a customer of type PERSON > Account Details > Communication Tab > Contact > Create a Contact.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the field Job Title while creating a person contact.
