Search Window Not Displaying Spot Buy Requisition If Its Not Approved (Doc ID 2556870.1)

Spot Buy Requisition will not be available in search window until it is fully approved and the requisition will not be confirmed as Spot Buy requisition until it is fully approved.

The users are expecting to find those Requisitions, even before Approval.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to iProcurement home page and click on Non-Catalogue Request.
2) Select the category and appropriate option to create spot buy requisition.
3) Fill all the required details and add the requisition to cart. We can see that requisition line is created as spot buy
4) Submit the requisition for approval.
5) Search Spot Buy Requisition in search window before approval:

No results found

6) Approve the Requisition and search as spot buy:

The requisition can be found when searching it
