When attempting to run Quick Retropay (Enhanced), the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as UK HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Create element entry "Postgraduate Loan" before 1-APR-2019.
  3.  Submit Quick Retropay(Enhanced)
  4.  Error occurs
