Updating Specific Item RFQ Line Item Throws Error "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" (Doc ID 2557295.1)

Symptoms

Version 12.1.3 Sourcing

Updating specific Item , line in RFQ throws error "The web page cannot be displayed"

Issue seen with specific item only.

STEPS
---------------

1. Create RFQ directly in Sourcing
    or Create RFQ from Requisition -> autocreate
2.In Sourcing - RFQ
  - Enter Header, supplier info etc
3. Now go to Line region
  - Any click after that will display Error

ERROR
------------------
  The webpage cannot be found

EXPECTED RESULTS
-----------------------------------
  Clicking on Line page does not throw error
