On : 12.2.8 version, Other Components

Getting the following error when trying to access email center via the Supervisor responsibility and the agent console responsibility.

The error occurs on the Customer Tab.


ERROR

 'Set Profile option FND: Diagnostics to 'Y' to view Stack Backtrace'

 java.lang.NullPointerException appears if FND: Diagnostics is set to 'Y'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Email Center Supervisor responsibility
3. Navigate to Email Center Supervisor console>Customer
