Error "There Are Records Under Approval Process" When Trying To Change Subinventory Status (Doc ID 2557484.1)

Symptoms

If the user tries to change a subinventory status he receives the following error messages though there are no status changes or approvals pending.

ERROR
Cannot perform this update. There are records under approval process

STEPS
1. Inventory responsibility
2. Setup > Organizations > Subinventories > Update Status > See error
