Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Production Planning
When attempting to close a Visit,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Please close or complete child work orders before completing parent work order <WORK ORDER NAME>. The child work order is open(released, unreleased, draft, onhold) or is in failed close status.
Internal Error while calling Work Order Completion Package
Unexpected Error while completing the Workorder in WIP application
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Production Planning
2. Query Workorder/Visit
3. Close the Visit
