Symptoms
Using Purchasing, Version 12.2.7
Actual:
Attempting to receive against an award that was created from a solicitation results in error.
Expected:
Upon conducting a receipt - if the deliver to location is not entered, then it should be possible to create a modification to add the deliver to - so the receiving process can continue.
Error:
A deliver to organization has not been defined for the award distribution.
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Solicitation created in PON
2. Bids made - quote is awarded.
3. Award is created from solicitation
4. Attempt to receipt the award results in an error.
There is no way to correct the award
