Symptoms

 The value of "Send PO Autocreation to Background?" attribute is set to No and the value of "Is Automatic Approval Allowed?" attribute is set to Yes in Workflow Builder. But when query the database table, these two values still show original value, Send PO Autocreation to Background? = Yes and Is Automatic Approval Allowed? = No
