ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

LineNumDisplay field on Award search region allows only is, is
not search parameters. This restricts users to search lines based
on wild card as "starts with, ends with etc...'

Steps to replicate the issue :

1)Login to CLM Purchasing Super User -> Buyer workcenter -> Awards -> query Awards
2) click on Award
3)expand Search region
4) Add Line number display column from 'Add Another list'
We are not able to search with Starts with, Ends with conditions
