Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Cost Maintenance

When attempting to manually update COSTING_ENABLED_FLAG and INVENTORY_ASSET_FLAG to be equal to 'Y'.
the following error occurs.

Getting error APP-INV-05507 - You cannot update this filed when
- On hand quantities exist

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempting to do manual updates of  item attributes for an inventory item.
