R12 E-Business Suite User Management Reset Password Email Has Non-Translated Japanese Strings When Using the Forgot Password UI

E-Business Suite R12 User Management, Forgot Password UI related issues
When using the log in Assistance function in the E-Business Suite (EBS) log in page when password is forgotten,
the Email sent contains partial non-translated Japanese.
This can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to EBS Login page and click Japanese session.
2. Below the User Name and Password field, click the Login Assistance link.
3. In the Forgot Password region, enter the User Name whose password is forgotten and click Forgot Password button.
4. The Email sent to the EBS user whose password is forgotten has partial untranslated words.
