Create Settlement Batch fails with error


ERROR

 IBY_20220#ERRMSG=Payee Legal Entity is required (ERR_OBJECT=Batch name)

Format-specific batch validation error: Payee Legal Entity is required (ERR_OBJECT=Batch name)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Settlement Batches
2. The process fails
