Symptoms
Receipt Error RVTII-077 ORA-01476 on Internal Requisitions when doing the delivery transactions.
The internal Requisition is Cancel.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. IR (Internal Requisition) is created.
2. ISO (Internal Sales Order) is created.
3. ISO is shipped.
4. IR is received, but not delivered
5. IR is cancelled.
6. IR is attempted to be Delivered, but cannot due to error: RVTII-077: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
