Symptoms
When trying to update the auto processing rules in Email Center the following error is displayed and rules are not updated.

Steps
(R) Email Center Administrator
(N) Email Center Administration > Administration > Rules Library
Click on Processing Rules
Click on Update
The error above is displayed.
