Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a new task is sync'd to the Mobile Field Service (MFS) device for the first time is it possible to automatically change the task status.
For example: A task is scheduled to a technician and is in 'Assigned' status. When the MFS technician sync's their device the task is downloaded. The objective is to automatically change the task status to 'Received'.
So that the dispatcher knows the technician has the task on their device
