Quote Approver Unable To See Note In Approval Notification for AME (Doc ID 2559371.1)

Goal

The Quote AME approval is not showing the approval history and comments of the previous approval.

The second Approval need to look into the comments passed by the first approval and need to take action accordingly.
For example the Quotation have been raised with the minimum margin but the line manager approved it with the comments that its an initial quote for a big project and add his comments.
But the second approval reject the Quotation with the reason that low margin as he could not see these comments and even who approved previously.

This issue only occure when they use AME approval but not in standard approval.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.1st approver enter the response Note in his approval notification.
2.In 2nd approver's notification,there is not showing the approval history and the response Note of 1st approver.
