Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to click Update Action in existing workflow after applying RUP12 , the following error occurs.

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute
'HR_CONTACT_HIRE_FLOW' does not exist for item 'HRSSA/10672336'.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Use the Non RUP12 (such as RUP11) Patch Environment

  2.  Login as Manager by using Seeded Manager Self Service Responsibility
     
  3.  Make a Transaction for Change Hours
  4.  Save for Later(Don't Submit the Changes)
  5. Applied the RUP12
  6. Log back as the Manager and Continue the Transaction(click the update action)
  7. Error can be seen.
