Dock Appointment Form Is Not Working After Applying Patch 29333374 (Doc ID 2559630.1)

After applying Patch 29333374, it the Dock Appointment form is no longer functioning properly.

Patch 29333374 changed the file version of WMSYMSIB.pls from 120.0.12020000.17 to 120.0.12020000.18.

The patch was applied on Production and it was noticed that the Dock Appointment form was broke. No new appointment can be created. Originally, the issue was that the wms_dock_appointments_pub calls wms_yms_integration_pvt.insert_dock_appointment but it was not inserting into the wms_dock_appointments_b table.

The call to insert_dock_appointment in WMSYMSIB.pls does not do anything.

Expect the Dock Appointment form to Create a new appointment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 29333374.
2. From Warehouse Manager responsibility, navigate to Outbound Logistics> Dock Assignment.
3. In the Calendar form, click on the "New" button.
4. Enter Details required to create a new Dock Appointment in the Create/Edit Dock Appointment form.
5. Press the "Ok" button.
6. The message appears, "Transaction complete. Record saved."
7. Check the Calendar again and see that no new appointment appears in the form.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new Dock Appointments.
