ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Quoting window freezes when searching by account number in Oracle Quoting Forms UI
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should return the account number quickly and should not hang up the system.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login as the Quoting Sales Manager / Quoting Sales Agent responsibility
1. Create a quote->pick customer account at the header
2. Under the Addresses searching for a bill to account by account number
3. System hangs (freezes) and never comes back
